Virtual Meetings
For Your Anonymity
- User your first name and last initial
- Read the meeting platform’s terms of use and privacy policy
- Download the most recent version of the meeting platform app and avoid using the browser-based version
- Turn off smart speakers in your home and on your devices
For Other’s Anonymity
- Attend meetings from a private space where others can’t hear voices or see your screen
- Login with an email; avoid logging in through Facebook, Google or other accounts
